Do you offer free local pickup in and around Ottawa, Ontario?
Definitely! If you are local to Ottawa or Eastern Ontario we will gladly waive shipping if you want to come pick up your items.
There are two locations to pick up your items, in Limoges, Ontario or at The Hair Cove (Saturday am pickup only) at 3683 Riverside drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
Use “613LOCAL” at checkout to waive shipping and when your garland is ready, we will contact you to finalize pickup.
Misuse of this code for individuals who are not picking up locally will have their order immediately refunded.
How do you take orders?
All our READY TO SHIP items are indicated as such in the listing descriptions for you to purchase at your convenience.
If an item is listed as MADE TO ORDER it is not readily available and the length of time it takes to create said item will be indicated.
We also create custom orders and would be happy to discuss your idea with you if you are looking for something that is not available.
Please note that if you are looking for a custom design, full payment is required before the start of your piece.
We also accept purchases on Instagram via Direct Messages (payment by e-transfer or PayPal invoice).
What are your North American garlands?
These garlands are ENTIRELY made of North American sourced supplies, from the string in the tassels, to the elastic keeping it together, to all the beads.
The glass beads are especially special as they are custom made by a local artisan.
Where do you get your supplies?
We make our garlands with only the best materials, sourced from Canadian shops, local artisans and North American products.
